Room was uptated but still not ok. Bed was a too hard for us. Breakfast was ok. Pool area with children fasilities were ok. Hotel area need maintenance e.g. lose tiles, plantations etc. At lest part of the service staff did not speak English. Total experience was under expetations. We would not go there again.

Très bien

Hôtel proche des restaurants et des commerces. Personnel très agréable. Chambre conforme aux photos, propre, confortable et bien équipée. Négatif : pas de climatisation ou de ventilation dans le restaurant où la chaleur est étouffante et irrespirable dès le matin. Idem dans le hall. Dommage que la piscine ferme à 7h.

Wir waren schon dreimal hier und hatten das Hotel bisher als sehr gut befunden. Seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt wurde das Hotel teilweise renoviert. Außer der Tatsache, dass nun endlich ein Lift eingebaut wurde, wurde die Renovierung aber im Wesentlichen auf äußerliche Farbanstriche, einen anderen Frühstücksraum und neue Betten begrenzt. Speziell der bisherige schöne Frühstücksbereich wurde verlegt und ist nun ein eng bestuhlter und nüchterner Raum. Das wäre eigentlich alles nicht notwendig gewesen und damit ging dem Komplex und den Zimmern leider der authentisch, thailändische Charme verloren. Die wirklich notwendigen Erneuerungen wurden dagegen bedauerlicherweise nicht angegangen Das Zimmer war groß und hatte einen angenehm großen, zum Pool gerichteten Balkon. Das Waschbecken lag in einem Vorraum zwischen Zimmer und Bad/WC. Bad und Zimmer waren durch eine Holzjalousie getrennt, durch die jedes Geräusch (und Geruch) zum Bett drang. Das Bad selbst war ziemlich klein, hatte eine Badewanne, eine begehbare Dusche und ein WC. Alles war (trotz Renovierung) ziemlich abgewohnt, die Türen waren verrammelt. Nach wie vor ist so gut wie kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, der immer noch mit einem Blockschloss zu schließende senkrecht angebrachte Safe ist unmöglich, der im „Kleiderschrank“ fixierte Föhn kann nicht am Waschbecken benutzt werden, am Waschbecken fehlt ein Schminkspiegel und für den Laptop ist weder eine Arbeitsfläche noch ein brauchbarer Stuhl vorhanden.

Great property for families looking for a nice resort close to the beach in Ao Nang. Big spacious lobby. Huge breakfast included. Several pools. Spacious family room with nice comfy beds. Close to massages, shops, restaurants and street food. Plenty of excursions to do in the area too. Recommend for families.

Krabin chada thai village

Ostimme tähän hotelliin hyvissä ajoin (noin 8kk etukäteen) huoneet ja samalla ostimme niin joulu- kuin uuden vuoden ateriat. Kun pääsimme hotelliin, näistä ei ollut heillä muka mitään tietoa, eivätkä suostuneet asiaa selvittämään. Jouduimme itse selvittämään asiaa. Onneksi Hotels.com on osaavaa ja ihanaa henkilökuntaa saimme asian ratkaistua oikein. Kuvittelimme olevamme hyvätasoisessa ja laadukkaassa hotellissa, mutta mielestämme hotelli oli keskitasoa. Hotellin henkilökunnasta ainoastaan autonkuljettajat, allaspojat sekä siivoojat olivat ystävällisiä. Muista sai hieman nyreän vaikutelman varsinkin ilmeisesti johtajattarelta, joka oli vihainen aina. Juhla-ateriat olivat hintaan nähden todella pettymys, en ostaisi niitä toiste. Ohjelma ja menu muistutti molemmilla kerroilla toisia. Olen ollut maassa paremmissa aterioilla sekä juhlissa mitä nyt olin ostanut. Lisäksi jouluna jälkiruokapöydän anti loppui kesken. Hotellin oma yksityinen merenranta oli myöskin todella pettymys: meidät kuljetettiin sinne, mikä oli mukavaa, mutta kun pääsimme perille, rannalla oli osittain rikkinäisiä aurinkotuoleja sekä muutama ehjä, jotka tietysti olivat varattuja. Rannan ravintolapalvelut olivat nolo esitys: pääosin epäsiistiä. Thaimaan ihmiset ovat tähän asti olleet kokemuksena aurinkoisia ja iloisia, nyt koimme karvaan pettymyksen tässä hotellissa kun osa oli hyvin töykeitä ja nyrpeältä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja riittävän vaihteleva. Huone oli siisti.

Kiva ja siisti

Miellyttävä hotelli, jossa mukava uima-allas. Huone tilava, puhdas ja kiva parveke. ilmainen pullovesi ja kahvit huoneessa. Aamiainen hyvä. Huoneessa tyypilliseen Thaimaalaliseen tapaan joko liian kylmä ilmastoinnin takia tai llian kuuma, jos ilmastoinnin laittaa pois (tällöin tosin hiljaista myös!). WC tilat on erotettu makuuhuoneesta avattavilla ikkunaluukuilla. Äänieristys siis olematon... :) Kylppäri muuten tilava ja mukava. suihkujen kanssa vähän säätämistä, ennenkuin veden sai sopivan lämpöiseksi. Maksoin huoneesta noin 80€/yö -tähän hintaan mielestäni OK diili, mutta normaalihintaisena en pitäisi välttämättä mukavuuksia lisähinnan arvoisena.

広大な施設に大きなプールが配されており、リゾート感に溢れています。客室はリノベーションされていて快適でした。（但し、水まわり、電気系統は古い）また、客室棟の半分くらいはリノベーション中のようで、私が泊まった時はとても空いていました。 スタッフの対応は全体的に良かったです。ビーチまでは近くはないけど歩けます。 また、空港からのシャトルバスで「チャダ」と伝えたら全然違う場所で降ろされてしまいました。チェーンで他にもチャダホテルがあるようです。ですから「タイビレッジリゾート」と伝えた方が良いと思います。

Loved everything about this hotel. Our only small problem was the floors can be slippery when wet, and the people above us were very noisey at night, other than that it was a fabulous 14 nights. Close to beach, markets, shops. Will definitely be back

お部屋に設置してあるスマートフォン

無料？で情報を検索したり、電話できるスマホがお部屋に設置してありました。サービス良いなと感心したのですが、電源が入らず利用できませんでした。破損や充電ケーブル紛失の際の弁償料金がかいてあり、自分たちが壊したと思われたらと思うと少し気分が悪かったです。それがなければ何も問題なかったのですが。総合的には快適でした。

Good location for the beach and shops and a great breakfast. Pools were clean, rooms well air conditioned and we received a warm welcome on arrival, however rest of staff lacked the warmth that we found elsewhere on our stay in Thailand. I would still recommend though for a stay.

Leider hat das land des lächelns hier das lächeln verloren :-( Die Mitarbeiter standen den ganzen Tag nur rum, meist in 4er Grüppchen. Auf sauberkeit wurde auch nicht wirklich geachtet. Einmal und nie wieder in dieses hotel geschweige den nach ao nang.

Great service however surrounded by insects

The resort itself is amazing and so is the service. When we checked in we were given rooms on the ground floor which suffered from a bad odour as well as from lizards on the wall inside the room. We notified the reception and were offered a change the following day. The new room was good and better however we kept having issues with the door not opening and had to call reception several times for help. The pool is very nice and so is the location.

Freundliches, nahbares Ambiente auch für Familien durch Pool, Rutsche und Fitnessraum. Guter Ort für unbeschwerte Ferien, ruhige aber zentrale Lage in Ao Nang (10 Minuten zu Strand und Uferpromenade), üppiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ett hotell som inte e värt sina stjärnor, de va ofräscht runt och i poolen, stora vattenrutschbana avstängd i 2 dagar innan avstängning så upptäckte vi trasigt trappsteg, löst räcke högst upp. Kackerlackor på loftgång och i rummet. Personal jättedåliga på engelska, inte ens en barnmeny fanns de på hotellet. Men ett stort plus till städerskorna dom gjorde ett kanonjobb. Vi checkade ut 2 dagar tidigare än beräknat.

Aikansa nähnyt hotelli. Remonttia vailla. Allas baarilla toiminta hidasta ja epäselvää. Ilmastointi huoneessa toimi, mutta piti ääntä. Yhdistettävässä huoneessa kuului selvästi puhe äänet naapurista. Ei todellakaan 4 tähden hotelli. Yli hinnoiteltu. Allas alue ja aamupala ovat hyviä. Myös handy puhelin, joka oli huoneessa käytössämme on kätevä.
