Toasters for bread and bagels had crumbs everywhere and I questioned when the last time they were cleaned. Saw no overseeing the food area. We left and had our breakfast at a restaurant near by. So much for free breakfast. Staff was friendly at check-in. When we checked out no one at desk. Instead a basket with a sign drop room keys when checking out."

Very charming property with large, luxurious Tuscan-themed rooms, a spa and a charming pool. It is a very good alternative to other stays in Lancaster City. "
