What a amazing and unique property, with the most beautiful rooms in such a magical setting.
We went there to celebrate my Birthday and received some delicious chocolate amenities. The staff were all totally outstanding and also so kind. We went there to celebrate my B'day, but I was unwell upon arrival and during our stay there, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. They gave us both an early check-in and a late-check-out to ensure I was as comfortable as possible.
Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you want a unique experience with the highest level of service. Thank you for all you kindness !!!

housekeeping service was very bad they didnt clean the room and fix rhe room properly linen was super dirty but they didnt changed they didnt put tea bags n all room no slippers in room ….reception people are also ok they r also not so copperative didnt give any room service food n all we asked they denied only opstion is go to reception lobby they not cooperative ….. resort is really nice i like the view n all rooms everything was good but service is bad….
