I had a very enjoyable stay. My only request would be to have a more comfortable bed. Bed was a bit to hard for me. Otherwise everything very very good.

Clean room and kind staff.

Excellent business hotel with great, friendly staff. A short walk from Kokura Station and my room had a nice view of the waterfront port. Complimentary breakfast of japanese comfort foods, plus breads/pastries & coffee was satisfying & serviced by the nicest & hardest working staff.

The staff were so kind.

Very friendly staff

Convenient basement connection to the subway and JR trains

Could not ask for a better location for our trip in Fukuoka in regard to location, comfort, and amenities. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The lobby was also grand and had a wonderful fragrance. The hot water bath is also an amazing addition and we enjoyed it. Staff was lovely! Would love to stay here again for a future visit

Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.

Lots of comics and free food and drinks!

Fantastic staff, fantastic hotel. The bar was immaculate. Price for a hotel that nice was a steal

Awesome property. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Strongly recommend

Staff was so HELPFUL! They assisted in booking multiple reservations for us from onsen to restaurant to taxi. We weee very grateful! Housekeeping was so diligent. Proximity to everything was great.

Very easy to get around and very easy to shop. We mainly go to the eating places.

Staff is very kind, polite and helpful. Love that there's lots of options and train station near by
