On the upper floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On this floor there are also two balconies which, together with all the other terraces and lounge and seating areas, make this house perfect for nature lovers and those who want to enjoy their vacation outdoors. In addition to the dining area, there is also a dining table on the terrace with access from the living room, as well as on the covered terrace with the additional outdoor kitchen, where you have a gas and charcoal barbecue at your disposal. If you want to change the beautiful infinity pool with the sea, the nearest beach is only about 1.5 km away. On the hills above Kostrena you can find archaeological finds, from the location of which there is a beautiful panoramic view. The beautiful island of Krk and the mountains of Ucka, Platak and Gorski Kotar can be easily reached in about 30 minutes by car.
