「Great friendly staff」

「tamamen sahtekar bir otel yönetimi var. odalarda pencere yok! evet yok kör odalar. tavanda boşluk var pleksiyle kapatmışlar şeffaf buzlu cam gibi ve yatağın üzerinden sizi görebiliyor. yukardaki uyuyan personellerin gaz çıkarmasını duyabiliyorsunuz. uzak durun. daha sonra hotels.coma otelde kalmadılar demiş. ve komisyon vermemişler. benimde puanlarımı yemişler. vs vs. UZAK DURUN!!!!!」

「Košice is a small town in Slovakia so we didn't expect that much on the place we stay. But it was really a luxury room with beautiful bathroom and a sauna! They welcomed us with cocktails and tasty Slovakian wine for free of charge. We got to choose our breakfast from 15 different selections and they were all good. All rooms were clean and air-conditioned. Staffs are really friendly and understood English with no problem. We should had stayed there for more nights!!」

「駅から公園の脇を歩き10分弱で到着。ブダペストからの午後便は夜10時駅着なので近いのは助かりました。街の中心部にも公園を抜ければ同程度の時間で着きます。フロントはとてもフレンドリー。部屋も清潔で、朝食も種類が多くて満足です(ホットミールは卵とソーセージ) 利用しませんでしたが、ホテルに依頼すれば一時間程度のシティツアーをしてくれるようです。 もしかしたら(部屋ごとに調整できる)冷房が無いかもしれませんが、7月の晴れた日に泊まっても不自由しませんでした。」

「The access to the hotel is unique and relies on you having a working phone with an unchanging phone number. This is fine for European travelers, but Americans or other foreigners might find it difficult to get into the hotel. 」

「We stayed here 2 nights. It was a good base for some hiking in nearby Slovensky Raj. Meals OK. Staff as helpful as they could be given their limited English and our non-existent Slovakian. 」

「Perfect place, a very profesional staff, great breakfast, and all food generally. The only but is: it is located on a very busy road. If you have issues with that, ask for a room facing the other side.」
