The spacious garden with lilac hedges, sea buckthorn, and roses creates a natural idyll, and the bathing spot is just a few steps away.



The light-flooded living area opens up to the landscape through large window fronts. Bright colours, clear Nordic shapes, and custom-made carpentry in the kitchen and dining area give the house a calm, elegant atmosphere. Heated Italian floor tiles provide pleasant warmth in all rooms – perfect for cool days by the water.



Two equally sized bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds and spacious built-in wardrobes. High-quality mattresses and good reading lights ensure restful nights. The generous bathroom with granite washbasin, whirlpool, and sauna invites you to relax – private wellness with a view of the greenery.



A fireplace in the living area creates a cosy atmosphere when wind and waves sweep across the Schlei outside. In the small shed extension, you can store bicycles and sports equipment.

A weekly basic consumption of electricity and water is included in the rental price. Any additional consumption will be charged based on the meter readings taken at arrival and departure.
