「予約したプランが 朝昼夜フード と 飲み物 アルコールがついてると知らなくて チェックインの時に知った。一日中ホテルの中で楽しめるホテルです ご飯も 毎回違うメニューを取り入れてくれてます。 全てが綺麗 。ホテルのスタッフも親切 また泊まりたいです。 本当に良いホテルでした。」

「オールインクルーシブプラン。レストランの席が宿泊者の数と比べて少ないので混んでて待たされたりする、プールサイドのチェアが満席、エレベーターが整備不足で止まってる場合があるなど、細かく行きとどかない点はあるが、概ね満足。値段分は楽しめると思う。インターネットは深夜から朝は許容範囲だが、夕方から夜は遅くて繋がらなくなることが多い。」

「This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks. We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony.
