The staff were very friendly, and the room was nice and clean! With breakfast included in the price it was definitely worth the money.

The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.

Overall great hotel. We enjoyed it. The only con for us (but that is personal preference) although firm the pillows were too flat. Would recommend 10/10

Clean room and plenty of parking

Without question, this was a five star stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and the property is immaculate. This is my second long stay at the property, and I will definitely be back!

Great alternative to Tokyo! This property is located a few minutes’ walk from the east exit(s) of Omiya station. Rooms are large (by local standards), clean, quiet, and new. Bars and restaurants are located nearby. There are free lockers on site to store luggage. A buffet breakfast is included for no extra charge.

Love the location, hot springs, breakfast, and friendly staff. Best hotel for the price!

The service, staff and accommodations were excellent.

The location was perfect and the staff was very nice. We only stayed one night but the staff let us keep our bags at the front while we explored the town the next day before we left.

This was our "budget" stay and it ended up being our absolute favorite. Comfortable room, friendly staff, steps from the train station, and delicious free breakfast. I would love to stay here again.
