"Pros: the water park on site. 3 swimming Pools with pool side snack bar amd plenty of sun beds. The hotel staff if very kind and service oriented. There is a minimarket onside the hotel. Cons: the food quality is very bad and some none edible. The maintanance level is poor. The swimming Pool is dirty ( pool floor is full of sand). Air conditioning in the common areas almost dosent excist which is a nightmare during thr hot summer days, same for the rooms which some of them only has a partial...

"100 percent will return. The owners Argriris and his brother were unbelievably welcoming, proper Greek welcome. Sitting on the roof in the jacuzzi was great, especially at sun set. If you asked how to get around or had some other issues, if they didn't know, they would find out for you asap. All the staff were brilliant. "This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "
