Villa Mae - Gorgeous Thai Home with Amazing Pool

Summary:

Enjoy our gorgeous and authentic Thai villa, with huge feature swimming pool and wrap around terrace. The villa has a dining area for 8, outdoor seating areas, outdoor gym, two large bedroom suites, huge indoor living space, and full kitchen.



Please note this is our home, so it is a comfortable, clean villa with lots of home touches.



There is some potential for construction noise! Please see property description.



NB: As standard on Koh Samui, electricity is paid by guests at ฿‎7/KwH



The Space:

The villa is arranged around a huge feature infinity pool with an integrated in-pool seating area. Our very large sitting room with huge handmade sofa, TV and gorgeous artwork, entirely opens onto the deck and the pool itself. The sitting room also has air con and ceiling fans.



There is also a very large covered terrace with a dining area for 8 and many other seating areas, so that guests can fully enjoy the indoor/outdoor living that is so enjoyable in Thai weather.



We have two large bedroom suites, with king size beds (one four poster), dressing areas and en-suite shower rooms, as well as another W/C accessible from the hallway. Both bedrooms have air-con, and both look onto the swimming pool and terraces.



Our kitchen is built in Thai style, with wooden shelving, granite worktops and solid dark teak cupboards, as well as all the modern appliances (two fridges, a freezer, an oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) so that you can enjoy cooking throughout your stay.



We have a well-equipped outdoor gym complete with a range of free weights and a treadmill, and another driveway that you can park two cars on.



***NB. Our neighbour has begun some construction work. Some days are completely quiet but some days noise can be heard. We have priced the villa accordingly over the weeks that there is potential for noise***



Guest Access:

There is a second bedroom within the property, our private bedroom, which will be empty and locked throughout your stay, so the rental is totally private and you are on the only people with access to this house for the duration of your visit!



The Neighborhood:

We are in south of Lamai, with easy access to many beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, hotels, beach clubs, convenience stores and launderettes.

We have taken great care to furnish and decorate our home, so we hope you feel very comfortable in our villa and take care of our home as if it were your own.
