SAMUI SABAI HOUSE 3

The private holiday home with approx. 180m² is located on the island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand in a small and manageable exotic garden in the quiet area of Bangrak with many coconut and banana palm trees. This means that there are more guests in this resort who have found exactly this peace and away from the hustle and bustle here. I therefore ask you to comply with our house rules. We therefore ask for respect for the neighborhood.

The two-storey house is generously distributed and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a roof terrace with a small kitchenette and a breathtaking sea view.. All rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, sofa bed, seating with outdoor table. A refrigerator, smart TV and air conditioning units are also included.

The generously designed, two-storey house offers maximum comfort and is fully furnished:

Rooms: It has 2 separate bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.

Highlight: A roof terrace with a practical small kitchenette invites you to relax and enjoy tropical evenings.

Comfort: All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners.

Furnishing: The rooms are fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes, dressers, outdoor seating and tables.

Technology: Other equipment includes a 65” smart TV and a super-fast fiber optic Internet with WIFI in all rooms and floors.

The house is in a purely owner-owned complex and is therefore very well maintained. Here you will find a large communal pool.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK:

At check-in, it is required by law to present all guests' passports and to pay a security deposit of 5,000 THB. The deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out.

- The night's rest starts at midnight

Electricity and water consumption are charged separately and are read on the meter. We charge 8 baht/kW electricity and 10 baht/night per person for water consumption

* About electricity consumption: Some guests make very little use of the air conditioner, while others enjoy the AC most of the time. All air conditioners are energy-efficient inverter models from Mitsubishi.

The following is an estimate of expected electricity costs based on previous experience:
> > Rarely use air conditioning. Dehumidifier (dry mode) and LED lights only: approx. 5-10THB per day.
> > Climate only used in bedrooms in the evening and at night, at 25° C: 10-20 THB per day.
> > Love air conditioning and use it regularly: 40+THB per day.
