The property was on the beach which was nice! The superior room we reserved definitely was not superior. It was clean, but not a king size bed. No water or coffee in the rooms. The location was what was the best part!

Not a nice property. It was in a loud kind of seedy area of Lamai. The room was ok and quiet with earplugs and probably ok for a night but if you have the means to pay a bit more, then get something better.

The grounds you have access to are definitely worth it. 2 pools, beachfront sunbeds, beachfront bar on site with restaurant. Nice Astroturfed area with sunbeds, covered area with tables for playing cards or working. Walking distance to the night market. They don’t have coffee in the rooms but they do have a small coffee bar in the lobby with a hot/cold water dispenser,instant coffee and there is also a microwave. Air conditioned rooms nice and cold. Refrigerator in room and the provide bottled water. Very clean basic rooms with balconies. This was perfect for beach during the day and sleeping at night. Spent 7 days and would stay there again for the amenities. The manager was very nice and all of the beachfront staff was great.

Die Lage zeischen den Palmen und fast direkt am Strand ist wunderschön. Wir hatten einen Bungalow, geräumig, aber sehr rustikal und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten wie in Thailand üblich mit harter Matratze, aber wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen.

Hôtel correct place magnifique

Hôtel correct, chambre simple sans extra confort. La douche ne fonctionne pas très bien. Mais la vue sur la mer au lever et la plage sont merveilleux.

Superbe séjour

Hôtel idéalement bien placé sur une plage magnifique. Des bons resto tout autour. Grande chambre propre. Piscine au milieu des cocotiers magnifique et quasi tout le temps déserte. Super séjour n hésitez pas.

ここしかないでしょ！

僕たちのサムイ島の定宿です。ここ20年近くサムイ島に通っていますがこのホテルができてからはこのホテル以外泊ったことがありません。 ロケーションも良くラマイビーチの直ぐそば、徒歩圏内でたいたいの所には行け困ることはありません。 バスタブもあり暖かいお湯も使いたい放題。 スタッフもみんな親切です。 年末にもこの宿を予約します。 料金もホテルの内容から見るとすごく安いです 唯一残念なのはホテル独自で朝飯がないことです。 このさきホテル独自の朝飯ができることを期待しています。 今年の正月になかったホテル独自のビーチバーができていたので次はそこに期待します

Like visiting a old good friend

Always friendly and very clean, at the location which is close to busy area of Lamai, but it is still quiet and feels private. As you walk into the hotel, you are walking into a large open space, so lobby feels outdoors. Design is very minimal and all in whites and has a nice chill area with a aquarium. There is nice pool and few restaurants associated with the hotel. For those with a kids, there is also a little kiddy playground. I've been staying here now for about 5 times and it has really grow on me.

Коконнат. Про него много отзывов везде. Отель имеет очень хорошее расположение. Он стоит обособленно, свой пляж, бассейн, лежаки. Стоянка для машин и байков. Номера большие, 3 этажное здание. На каждом этаже по 18 номеров. Есть номера бичфронт. Вид на бассейн и море. Постельное чистое, меняют часто, все мыльные средства ставят ежедневно, невзирая, пользуетесь или нет. Уборка хорошая. Внизу есть куллер. Чай и кофе. Стоит микроволновка. Это плюсы. Минусы.Нет фена и чайных принадлежностей. Нет чайника. Политика отеля. Пять лет назад было так же.Отель облюбовали фаранги с тайскими женами и их семействами. Все время стоит гвалд. Тишины в отеле нет. Никогда. Днем орут дети. Тайские дети. И китайские. Ночью орут фаранги и тайки. Слышимость в отеле чудесная. Дизайн отеля такой, что если внизу в холле собираются фаранги на посиделки, а они собираются, то весь отель в курсе. .И самое главное террритория и пляж. Он стал похож на помойку. За 9 дней территорию ни разу не убрали. При нас приглашали компанию рубщиков кокосов, кокосы срубили, все усеяли мусором. Листья и кокосы увезли, мусор оставили. Шторм выкидывает на берег бутылки, банки, остатки сетей. Пару раз мы убирали и старичок фаранг. Потом плюнули. Никому ничего не надо. Сплошное разочарование. При цене 4 т за номер сервиса ноль. Больше не остановимся там никогда, если такая грязь на пляже и территории будет продолжаться. Полно чистых и дешевых отелей, особенно на Ламае.

Excellent hotel for the price

Right on the beach including swimming pool overlooking the beach! Beach bar including food order. Rooms nice, spacious, clean and comfortable! The best was the hotel staff! So helpful from renting a motorbike to the info dispensed and to making your stay comfortable and hassle free! Will definitely return in a couple of weeks!

отель удачно расположен,неплохой вид из окна,просторные номера,довольно чисто-это плюсы.из минусов это очень плохой wi-fi,уборка в номере может быть не каждый день,пляжные лежаки в плачевном состоянии.
