「The staff were helpful and it was peaceful.」

「The staff at the hotel were excellent; however, there were a few downsides. Despite its proximity to the beach, the hotel did not provide enough towels, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Considering it as a vacation spot, I found the environment less relaxing than expected.」

「Staff service was very bad」
