The ambience was serene and peaceful. We had a great time - the kids had lots of activities to play- the elderly had a wonderful ambience near the pool area for a conversation- the plants , lawn and pool are well maintained.

The resort's location and pool area amazing. The only thing is the approach road which needs to get better. It feels a bit unsafe at night reaching there. Staff is really helpful

Ok, they really do try to upsell and hidden costs

Disappointing. I'd just left another upscale hotel and the service here was simply not up to the same level. Not as friendly and simply focused on up selling add ons to you. I paid extra for breakfast but was then charged for bottled water! Can you believe that? Worse it was delivered covertly "water sir"? Of course thinking it was free. The reception also called the room each day to try and sell spa services. The first time they rang twice and the when I declined they hung up instantly.. No okay or goodbye.. It shows their priorities.

A very nice hotel, western in feel and quality, but also very Indian. Food is excellent, lots of choice, with an 80/20 mix of Indian v global cuisine. Grounds and public areas very clean. Beautiful location, but not much in immediate area.

Limited activities in the resort. game room not well equipped and maintained. Food was good, staff wonderful. Getting in/out of the property is a very old/bad condition road, but transportation is always available either hotel car or Uber.

The resort is away from Kochi with little convenience around the property. We found the restuarant to be limited for 3 meals a day and the prices were quite high. The resort is quite but also soulless. Quite when no weddings were being hosted and they were dismentaling the setup with bangging at 5am outside our window.
