"Pool area was taken nearly the hole day with towels… on chair. When we tried it, someone took it away😅😅 Breakfast area was too hard chair ant a little hot in the food area 梁 but ALL the staff was the beauty people and nice❤️"

"The private beach was nice. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was awful. The frozen fish tasted and very awful fried rice. Breakfast was alright but bread was not so fresh. Staff were a bit confused with booking and checking information. Staff were not very nice and courteous on our arrival. Also, it was a bit expensive costed us around 700 AUD a night for one small room. Also the air con was blowing in my face and we got a headache each morning. The set up could be better. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, (almost) everything was great we did some run-in situations with communication issues with the staff and it wasn't between us it miscommunication with each other. There were a few times during our 4 day stay here that we were told one thing and ultimately that wasn't correct and we were brought back to be told something else and vise vera. It was a minor inconvenience until the last day that we almost missed our boat because nobody was on the same page. "

Le personnel n’est pas des plus chaleureux surtout à l’accueil. Nous avons apprécié le club lounge, le service y était plutôt sympathique. La literie était parfaite, le ménage régulier et bien fait. "The resort is very clean, people are extremely polite. There are plenty of bars, pool options and entertainment. Food was very tasty at all restaurants. We definitely recommend the place for both families and couples/group of friends."
