"Our experience began at the airport when Fon was late to pick us up leaving us waiting with our 4 kids. We were delivered directly to the house where Fon promptly rushed off. We had no food and no offer to take us grocery shopping. After a few hours we telephoned back to request a drive to pick up some food. "Ching was fantastic with communication -she will organise anything you need - tuk tuks, taxis, trips, chefs to cook for you (recommended), massages too.
