Sehr guter Service. Ruhige Lage. Tolles Personal. Vom Hotel aus kommt mann mit dem Roller oder Taxi überall schnell hin, zu fuß geht es nicht so gut. Nachts kann man gut ausschlafen es gibt keine dröhnende Musik, keine Motorradgeräusche, und Keine schreiende Hähne.

Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku. Moc jsme si pobyt užili. Vzhledem k tomu, ze hotel má vlastni motorky na půjčeni, kompenzuje to trosku vetsi vzdálenost od centra.

This place is amazing! The have a restaurant inside the property with good, affordable options. The staff is super nice, we stayed there for the full moon party and they helped us arrange transportation, as well as the taxi to go back to the pier. The rooms are clean, modern and in great condition and the pool, right next to the ocean in a quiet, beautiful setting. I recommend renting a bike since it's in a secluded area.

Pictures didn’t match up with the rooms, smelled of rat feces and rats crawling and scratching in the attic through out the whole night. No hot water! The daughter of the owners was super rude not accommodating what so ever, When we explained to her the problems we had with the room she acted as if we were a nuisance,on the other hand the Thai gentleman that helped us was friendly but wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!

C est vrai que notre chambre ne ressemblait pas du tt à celle vue sur le site mais elle était correcte et très propre en plus avec une vue magnifique sur la mer on dirait dans un bateau de croisière, la gérante n est p très bavarde ni souriante mais elle répond au service demandé c est l essentiel la plage n est pas faite pour la baignade wifi impeccable personnel adorable l hôtel est loin du centre il faut absolument louer un scooter sur place pour se déplacer 6€ la journée

Nous avons bien profité de la situation (plage et piscine) directement accessible depuis le bungalow. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Restaurant sur place, manque de choix, menu restreint. Attention au confort de la literie très ferme et sanitaires vieillissants. Chambre petite. Nécessite de louer un scooter ou d'utiliser les services de l'hotel pour le transport. Pour un court séjour, c'est très bien. Proche de Ko Ma. Toujours très réactif pour les services et bon accueil.

Wonderful resort

We spent 4 nights at Dolphin Bay Resort with a family of 4 and we loved it ! This place is perfect for , but of course not limited to , any families with children. The owners ( Byron and Bianca) who recently bought the place from previous owners are super friendly and eager to find ways to make your stay more enjoyable, including going out of their way to order and pickup a beautiful personalized birthday cake for our son. The bungalows are spacious , clean and gorgeous ! They have all been renovated recently and and feel brand new and sparkling . Every detail within the bungalows are super comfortable . The pool is huge and fantastic! The kids didn’t want to leave . There is lots of other stuff for kids too including a trampoline , ping pong table , board games at the restaurant and various swings and hammocks throughout the property . The beach at the property is pretty but not terribly inviting without water shoes as there is lots of white dead coral in the sand. Other more swimmable beaches ( haad salad and secret beach) are less than a 5 minute drive away on a motorbike (which you can rent right at the resort for the same price as the bike shops around the island ). We highly recommend Dolphin Bay to anybody visiting Ko Phangan!

The manager, who was the only one who could do check-in, wasn't there when we arrived but the other staff got us to our room quickly and we just went back after we were settled.
