Incredible experience with lovely and attentive staff. Will definitely come back!

The hotel is new and clean. We spend time in the pool overlooking the ocean. The only thing we disappointed is that the location of the beach is the best.

It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location of hotel is amazing in a good area. Many restaurants and shops all around . The Staffs were polite and helpful.

I plan to find and contact the owners of this resort. I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled here - absolutely everything was pitch-perfect. The staff was knowledgeable, INCREDIBLY patient (we spoke no Thai), and thorough to the last detail, helping us with everything from walking directions to borrowing the free kayaks. The hotel is at the end of the road, so it's REALLY quiet, but is just a few hundred yards walking distance (on the beach) from a really nice group of...

Outstanding staff and value. The staff put the customer first, are very helpful, treat you like family, and encourage feedback. The rooms are comfortable. The pool is lovely after a full day of touring. You can walk everywhere you’d need to go (bars, shopping, restaurants). That area is the most chill, and has everything you’d need.

good transportation coordination with the front desk and it was easy to book outside activities through the resort. the food was good and our room was very nice

Great location, very quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The Boat House room was quaint, rustic and comfortable. It is set up like a private beach house located steps from the ocean. The food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pets there made our stay even more enjoyable. *Rest well to the ol pup that gained his wings.💙🙏🕊* The fishing on the property was also good (bonus)! Kayaks were available to use and there are two small pools on the property. There are monkeys roaming around at times so be aware of your...

The island road doesn't connect fully. However it's less than 2 hours to drive around the island. Plan accordingly. All of the rooms sit on top of the water and should have some kind of view. Quiet and beautiful. Hotel restaurant looked like the food was good and affordable (live crab and fish). Secluded and kind of hard to get to but worth it imo.

Everything you need, to get a calm stay on this busy island. With a direct access to a lagoon with a large mangrove forest and the sea, it has also one of the nicest natural spots of Ko Chang. The staff is absolutely kind and will help you for any issue. The rooms are fantastic! Only thing you have to know, the hotel is on the opposite side of quite all accommodations. So if you wanna have a drink outside or go to the beach, you need a motorbike. But the nice views make every ride worth...

What a little gem of a hotel tucked into a beautiful bay on Koh Chang! The grounds are beautifully maintained, staff was incredibly welcoming, and the sunsets were stunning. Worth every penny! I arrived early on the night bus and ferry from Bangkok and since the room was available, was allowed to check in at 7:30 am, much needed as I was exhausted! Highly recommend a visit here to relax and enjoy nature

We really enjoyed our time at Faye Orchid Resort and can definitely recommend staying there! The rooms are tucked away from the main road, and surrounded by beautiful and peaceful scenery. The pool is in the middle with lots of seating around to enjoy. Close to many restaurants and easy to walk near by to find something great to eat. The room was clean, the wifi worked well, the aircon was great. I would definitely come back to stay again!

Great place. Quieter than some of the ones right on the beach but still close enough that you are not in the boonies.

Service was excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area has a couple food options but if you want to explore the rest of the island be prepared to ride a scooter through hilly roads ir grab expensive taxis
