「Proper stay for a night or two. Very friendly welcome at the bar. Room was recently renovated with a good mattress and clean bathroom. Improvement points: Hallway to the rooms smells to smoking. Service at breakfast could be improved, the lady seemed in a bad mood.」

「Neil is a phenomenal host who has thought of everything. And if you want to know about the history of Scotland or England or want to discuss it, you've come to the right place! He's incredibly knowledgeable about a variety of topics. He's also a tremendous cook and has a great sense of humor. And the view of Ben Nevis right out the window is to die for. We slept very well in the super comfortable bed and woke to the sound of chirping birds.」

「We foolishly assumed that we would have enough time to pick our luggage up and make it back to our train to Glasgow. This was not the case and I phoned the front desk and the young man had our luggage ready to go so we could throw it in the cab and make it back to the train in 7 minutes. Miraculously we made it because of the young man working on May 30th at 6pm who had a line up people to check in and yet had our luggage ready for us. Thank you so much, we made our train and our next hotel...
