The hotel is a little out of town, however the food in the hotel is excellent and has a wide choice, with a reasonable selection of vegetarian food, so no real requirement to go out. 「Being above an old pub, we did no know what to expect. We had a love room that was spotlessly clean, a very comfy bed and a smashing bathroom.
The staff were excellent as well.」
「Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily.
Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us.
Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead.

「Good location close to the centre of Worcester.
Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure.
Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. 」
