I’d read some infavourable reviews before I travelled and was a bit nervous but I chose the hotel because of the location. As soon as I arrived late at night I was greatex a warm and in iting reception bar area with 5 attentive staff who couldn’t have made me feel more welcome! The room was quiet super clean with lovely bedding! Coffee machine and tea provided and ample hanging space. From that moment on the staff couldn’t do enough to mKe me feel welcome. Loan of an umbrella and some sweet treats after coming back in the evening (after I asked if there was any chocolate!) The hotel is right next door to the Museum Park and across the road from Witte de Withstraat - full of restaurents, bars and arts and cultural venues. Super friendly staff and a 10 min wlk from Central Station.

"The room was clean and spacious. We loved the bar, kids areas, and bar staff was very friendly. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the front gate of Efteling, and drive-able to other restaurants and shopping. We loved having a market directly beneath the hotel. We just wished there was at least a mini refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. We bought some perishables (cheese, meats) from the market and couldn't store them anywhere cold. "
