The check in process was good, this is completed on a screen and though efficient, feels a little impersonal. |The receptionist was friendly but did not speak very good English. The room was a good size, as this faced the nearby road and car park, there was some noise from outside. The room was very clean, the shower worked well and the bed comfortable. We found the room very cold, there should be instructions next the smart panel so that guests can understand how to adjust the heating and air conditioning. Maybe the receptionist should explain this when guests check in, it would have prevented us having a very cold room all night. There was a lot of ice in the car park which made it difficult to walk with a suitcase and not fall over.

A big alarm that goes on at 4.30am and wakes up everyone but we didn’t receive any reason for that people were coming off of their room, tired and all. you can hear people talking in the hallway from your room. despite all of it, it was really beautiful, modern, good location. the staff was nice

Breakfast is not good for the price and no early breakfast at 07:00 on weekends. Bed mattress is a foam sheet which keeps sliding and this is annoying.

We were looking forward to our stay. On arrival we were stood in the corridor waiting to check in, which took 15 minutes due to lack of staff members. In this time we had over 15 young men walk past us, staring at us up and down, carrying trays of food to their rooms. After doing some research online, I saw this hotel is housing Asylum seekers/emergency shelter. As a woman, this made me feel really uncomfortable as I kept getting stared at. We also could hear really loud music upstairs. We went to speak to a member of staff about the situation, but there were no staff on site to speak to, just a number to call with any queries.... We both were feeling unsafe and uncomfortable so we decided to leave within 30 minutes of checking in. Customer service does not seem to exist here, nor any security. It says they have 24 hour security on site to make guests feel safe, we did not see any security the entire time we were there. I would not recommend staying here.

Room and service is outstanding of this hotel. Only the guests are extremely loud until 03.00am in the morning whether in the surrounded room or outside in front of the windows, that its difficult to get asleep. Furthermore, cigarett smokes comes throught the air conditioning. As the AC also heats in the winter you cannot simply switch off.

Aan de binnenkant is het hotel letterlijk en figuurlijk nogal zwartwit. Maar ja, je verwacht niet anders bij dit soort hotels. Kamer was op zich goed ingericht. Je ontbijt moet je bij het naastgelegen Laplace halen. Dat was niet best. Maar de buitenkant is het ergst. De parkeerplaats wordt gedeeld met allerlei fastfoodketens, auto's staan kriskras geparkeerd en 's avonds is het slecht verlicht. Draagt bepaald niet bij aan de veiligheid. Daarbij staat het hotel bij een druk kruispunt, het is niet rustig gelegen.

Komfortables Hotel für eine Nacht

O.K. für eine Nacht auf Geschäfts- oder Durchreise. Mit sehr großem Parkplatz und umgeben von mehrerer Convenience Restaurants mit dem einschlägigen Essensangebot. Zu weit um zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Oosterhout zu gelangen, wo es eine größere Auswahl an Restaurants & Bars gibt.
