The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the Hauptplatz - Main Square - with tram and bus connections.
Many excellent restaurants and bars in and around the Old City
The hotel is excellent - my superior room was spacious and very comfortable.
Quiet and good amenities.
Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic stay and brilliant staff, they were one of the best I’ve experienced. Will definitely stay here when I return to Graz. The room was perfect and the breakfast was plentiful. Perfect location across from the train station and a short walk into the town.

Great Staff!! Check-in was easy and helpful. The restaurant service was great. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was good. The only downside side was that the sauna area was only open from 5pm-9pm.
