"For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. "Modernes, sauberes Apartment-Hotel in guter Lage. Besonders praktisch sind die aktuell scheinbar noch kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Die Innenstadt ist in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Als kleine Verbesserung wären ein Sichtschutz am Eingang des ersten Apartments sowie ein kurzer Hinweis zur Bedienung der Lüftung hilfreich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Kopenhagen gerne wieder."

"The hotel, generally was quite nice. Everywhere was clean & in good condition. We didn't really deal with the staff much to be honest, as most things can be done via the Aero app. There's an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, where I found the staff to be quite rude, with the exception of a Spanish waiter who was friendly & quite funny. The food there was excellent though. Apart from that, the only downside really was the smell from the drains in the bathroom occasionally & when someone was using the toilet/shower in the room above/adjacent to ours, the water pipes made a high pitched noise, which at night was loud enough to wake us up. I would however happily return to this hotel, if I was ever back in Copenhagen."

"It was wonderful to walk directly from airport to our room during a rainstorm and not have to go outside. The windows in the room are large and let in a lot of light. The hotel is beautiful. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and found the food and selection to be very good. The breakfast buffet had everything anyone could want. So many choices of both hot and cold breakfast items and many choices for beverages. A nice end to our vacation."

"The location is very central. Close to all touristic attractions, walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable, it’s like sleeping on a cloud. I also appreciated the pillows. I like a lower pillow and I loved that we had both the lower or higher pillows. We stayed for 3 nights and they were refilling the Nespresso, changing towels, and room cleaning if we chose it. It’s kind of less done in hotels nowadays. So if you are staying more than a day, you might not get room maintenance. I didn’t like their shower at all because the glass only goes halfway and the shower floor is at the same level as the rest of the bathroom. Even if you are very careful, the water goes on the floor of the bathroom. Also the shower floor is slippery but they had provided us with a bathtub mat which made it safer. Their breakfast was also very nice. It introduced us to danish specialties such as pålægschokolade. It is the Danish alternative to Nutella."
