Ein sehr schönes, modernes und geräumiges Apartment, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsunternehmen war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das einzige, das ich bemängeln kann: Es war sehr warm in den Schlafzimmern und man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwar ein Fenster und eine Terrassentür, die man öffnen kann, allerdings befindet sich das Apartment auf ebenerdiger Parterre, so dass es sich nicht sicher anfühlt, diese über Nacht zu öffnen.

Super moderne og rummelig lejlighed. Flot udsigt. Clover House’s gæstebog var virkelig overskuelig og gjorde det nemt at finde rundt i faciliteterne på egen hånd, hvilket var super fint, da vi gerne ville være uforstyrrede. Vi ville ønske, vi kunne være blevet længere!

Comfortable, cozy, & clean and great location!

We had a small issue with check-in but the hosts had excellent communication and were quick to respond. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We really enjoyed exploring the location, there are some really great coffee shops, a big grocery store, and a restaurant called Pirlo that was amazing. I definitely recommend staying here for a great place just outside the city center.

Great for families

Great place if you are with a family. Kitchen and laundry unit inside the apartment is great. Very modern and clean place. There is construction near the building but we were there mostly over the weekend. They did start working on Monday morning.

Hårde senge men meget behagelige at sove i. Vandtrykket i badet var dårligt men det er det vist overalt i kbh. Der var madrester og et håndklæde der flød på altanen men da jeg skrev og klagede var de MEGET hurtige til at tilbyde og komme og fjerne det. Der mangler lidt køkkenredskaber som f.eks en ostehølv. Lækker tv og behagelige sove sofa. Vil anbefale lejligheden til andre. Nemt at gå hen til øresund metro på små 10 min.

This place is nice, but have a lot construction going on, one day we woke up at 6am by the construction noisy. The place has a washer but no detergent, which is disappointed. There were a BIG stain on our blanket, that was very obvious, I don't know why they want to continue offer that to the customer.

Nice new apartment

Nice apartment for a few days about 10 minutes walk from the metro and close to the sea. I booked this specifically because there was a balcony or terrace, but unfortunately we were given a room at the Ground floor with no furniture on the terrace so it was useless. And the view was to a concrete wall. The ventilation didn’t work for the first two days so it was very warm and moist - especially after Four people having showered.

Eigentlich schöne Lage in ruhiger Wohngegend, jedoch im Augenblick noch von lärmenden Baustellen umgeben. Eine Hinweis darauf war im Vorfeld nicht zu finden. Sehr ärgerlich. Sonst war die Beschreibung und Kommunikation gut. Wir haben unser Auto kostenlos in der Straße abstellen können und sind entweder mit Rädern oder der Metro in die Stadt gefahren, ging super. Trotz Neubau schon / noch viele Defekte. An zwei Esstischstühlen ist die Sitzfläche nicht mit dem Stuhl verschraubt, Kühlschranktürverkleidung nicht befestigt und damit schlecht zu öffnen. In der Küche sind viele Teller und Gläser vorhanden. Gute Pfannen. Es fehlte uns mind. ein kleiner Topf und eine Teekanne. Spülmaschinentür knarrt unangenehm beim Öffnen. Wahrscheinlich hätte man uns schnelle Abhilfe angeboten, wir hatten aber keine Lust auf Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Urlaub. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr, sehr eng. Die Dusche mit Duschvorhang (!) war unangenehm. Mülltrennung war nicht möglich, draußen im Schuppen gab es nur eine große Mülltonne.

We stayed at Clover house for 5 nights towards the end of August as a family of 4 (my and I plus 2 teenage boys) Positives: The apartment was lovely well laid out and clean with a well equipped kitchen. There was enough space for all four of us comfortably although most of the time we spent in the city. There were supermarkets close by all walking distance with the beach also about a 15min walk. The metro was about 10-15 mins walk away with amazing access to both the city centre within 10mins and the airport in the other direction. We were really impressed with the public transport. It was a great line to be on. We were also able to grab the donkey republic rental bikes and cycle to the city centre in 15 mins along the dedicated cycle paths. The area felt really safe and was generally quiet at night (except for building work see below) Negatives: There is a lot of building work going on right next door to the apartment where they are building new apartments. They started work around 06:30 to 07:00 in the morning and there was a fair amount of noise first thing. Evenings were fine. The reality was we spent most of the time out in the city as that’s why we were there so didn’t affect us to much but it did wake us and I do feel this should have been better advertised both on hotels.com and on the daniel and Jacobs website as the construction is really close. Great location, close to the beach, short walk to shops and bakery’s. Really easy to get to from the airport and into town with the metro system in place. If you are travelling as a couple or family I would recommend this location.

It was nice to have an apartment for 5 nights, there was a washing mashing and a dishwasher. Everything was clean and there was parking. The beds were comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest mass transit. There was soap for the dishwasher but not for the washing machine. There wasn't enough toilet paper for the full 5 days for 6 people. There was no way to sweep or vacuum the floors and even though the washing machine was also a dryer there was no place to hang up laundry to dry. I would recommend the owners add a stick vacuum or a standing dustpan with a broom instead of the small one that was under the sink.
