The room is very spacious with a side view of the Mount Fuji, breakfast is fine, checkout process was smooth. Overall it's a great hotel for staying in this area."

"The staff are excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. We had a Japanese style room which was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was a set Japanese menu which changed each day. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. The onsen was relaxing and there is a great view of Mount Fuji from the observation deck, cloud permitting!"

"Very relaxing. Booked a private onsen room and half board. Definitely a nice break from travelling in bigger cities. Rented bikes right next door and biked around the entire lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again. "
