"The condo was sufficient, but it left a lot to be desired. There were no paper towels.The bathroom toilet paper roll was broken.One of the TV’s didn’t work.The beds were really hard.Multiple windows were unlocked, and all of the windows and window sills were filthy dirty.There were not many spices in the kitchen. We had to get towels from the upstairs bathroom to bring down to the downstairs bathroom. The hot water runs out very quickly."

"This property is a lower level rental in a lovely home in Bella Vista. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Everything in the home is comfortable, clean and very well maintained. My husband and I are scouting the general area to move and eventually retire and have made a decision. The home is close to parks, trails, and the freeway to get to other areas. It is very close to the marina and lake. Sheila responded very quickly to get us a new password to WiFi and she will completely respect your privacy. I must add while this is not a rental for anyone with mobility issues as there is no ramp...you walk on stones and steps I highly recommend staying here while in Bella Vista."

"Host was very good with communication and check in was super easy. House is in need of updating and repairs. During our stay the home was not cleaned properly between renters. The carpet has many stains so we never took our shoes off and the decks may not be structurally safe to sit on. Overall I would not recommend staying here."

"This property was perfect for our spring break trip including two families with kids ranging in age from 11-13 and our dog. The location was close to lots of mountain bike trails so we could bike every day. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle board to cool off after a day of biking and it was great for our dog to be able to take a swim right out the back door. The garage was very convenient for overnight storage and tuning up bikes. The kitchen was a good size to handle our group so we cooked most of our meals at the house. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A huge bonus was the two decks overlooking the lake - we sat out there to enjoy the lake view multiple times a day!"
