Karlin is a beautifully presented two-bedroom modern bungalow designed for comfort, cleanliness, and relaxation. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, and all cookware you’ll need – just bring the ingredients!

Two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with a single bed, sleeping up to three guests.

Modern bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin, and WC.

Spacious lounge and dining area leading into a bright sunroom overlooking the private enclosed garden and lawn – perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening wind-down.

🚗 Guest Access & Amenities

Parking for up to three cars on-site.

Welcome Pack provided with tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and a few treats to start your stay off right.

Fresh towels and linen included.

Pets welcome – £10 per night plus £500 refundable damage deposit.
