If there were a “sixth star,” I would give it without hesitation: after I accidentally left my wallet in the room, the staff went above and beyond by personally bringing it all the way to the airport. The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. This disadvantage is compensated by very friendly and welcoming staff, which does their best to assist the guests. "
