"Coldest day of the year on Thanksgiving day so far and the heat did not work, owner did get service tech there the following day and heater worked for 3 hours and stopped working again. We had to purchase portable heaters to stay warm. Also no wifi access the entire 4 days, and nobody came to fix the issue. we had to use my mobile Hotspot the entie time which exceeded my data usage extremely. I spent much money trying to accommodate my family beacause of lack of normal working functionality. We travel to Clarksville each year to spend Thanksgiving with our grandkids and this was definitely the worst experience we had."

The only thing I would suggest is some type of cover on that window on the door, its a real privacy issue. We have covered it with a towel during both of our stays, just a suggestion. "
