"Beautiful property. Kind and welcoming staff. Comfortable and spacious room. Great bed. Wonderful view of bay, and either Rainbow Bridge or Tokyo International Cruise Terminal and ships. Super convenient for transport into other areas of Tokyo, to HND or NRT. Perfect one night stopover after cruise for us."

"We stayed here one night. It’s only a ten minute walk from Shinagawa Station making it very easy for us foreigners to get there. (Especially after that 13 hour flight and 1 hour train ride.) They have a Japanese Garden and it is beautiful. Staff spoke English on a fluent level. Rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the Tokyo Tower at night was beautiful. There’s a 7-11 in the basement making it super convenient to grab a snack and drink. We didn’t eat there but there was restaurant and coffee place in the lobby area. "
