"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. During our stay, the resort was extremely quiet, it almost felt like we had the whole water park to ourselves! Whenever we wanted to use the games or attractions, the staff were happy to turn everything on for us. We were told it’s much busier on weekends, and I hope that’s the case because it has the potential to be a fun, lively place."

They are kind, attentive, and go above and beyond to make your stay is incredible and personalized. I returned to Ameg three times in between arrival, a safari, and hiking Mt Kilimanjaro - the team ensured the transitions between each were seamless. "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH ORBITZ/EXPEDIA! We booked through Orbitz only to arrive and have the receptionist tell us they do not accept bookings through Orbitz or Expedia. We then had to pay the girl at the reception TWICE what the booking rate on Orbitz was. To make matters worse Orbitz has NOT given me a refund for this. I called and explained the situation to Orbitz and they said they would get back to me. Nothing from them! "
