"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The room was extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of my stay. There was a good variety of delicious food, and everything was fresh and well prepared. "Very central, 20min walk to Kumamoto Castle, 1min walk from closest tramway station. Right in the covered pedestrian walk area. Rooms are well equipped very clean. Huge onsen indoor and outdoor, breakfast is absolutely wonderful, tasty with plenty of options."

"Located is great, rooms are clean and nice size.. But rooms are loud.. if anyone is above you, you can hear them distinctly. Had to call down multiple times.. kids jumping, stomping.. it echoed loudly.. during the day was fine but by night it was annoying.. "
