Unit was extremely clean and had everything you would have wanted. We’ve vacationed on the island for 18 years and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Pretty view of lagoon. The condo is comfy and clean. The island is fabulous. The price is high, but it is apparently in line with other rentals.

Perfect Kiawah Apt!

Couldn't be happier with our stay! Condo was clean and the roms were spacious and comfortable. Perfect place for our family to call home while visiting for a wedding weekend on the island.

Spacious condo in good location

We stayed here on Kiawah for golf and restaurants. The central location in the island was convenient to everything. Comfortable space, more roomy than we expected.

Great stay in Kiawah!

The property was located in a great location on Kiawah, directly across the street from Turtle Point golf course. It was very quiet and a short ride to the beach and resort restaurants. And the condo was nice and clean. We loved the screened in porch.

Great fall getaway

Property was perfect for our week vacation. Close proximity to beach and all bike trails. Beautiful view of the pond and was super happy this condo still had a screened in porch!!

Really nice place

Condo was very nice. It was clean and the layout was perfect. The view of the lagoon was beautiful. The king bedroom was nice, but We were not keen on the bath being open to the bedroom.

We have stayed on Kiawah for 25 years and this place was the cleanest thus far! I even did the full finger test above pictures and ledges!Easy check in and had the area to ourselves! Off season has great rates and it’s so peaceful! We will be back again! Left the place as clean as when we got there! Repeats need a 10% discount!
Lagoon view was wonderful! Best view out of all the villas!

This is the second time we have stayed at this complex. It is quiet and well located . Sweetgrass was a very responsive management company when we had some maintenance issues. Beds were comfy .Nice screened porch . Poor lighting in the living area for reading was really the only negative.

Near East Beach and Kiawah venues

We took advantage of walking to and on beautiful East beach. Very quiet property with convenient driving access to Ocean Course, the Sanctuary, Freshfields Village, and Seabrook Island restaurants and shops. Property was very clean and comfortable. Had to get water, beach towels, and coffee (one pot was complimentary). Great sightings of turtles, alligators at safe distance, and herons.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The condo was very clean. There were ample bath towels and of nice quality. The condo was very clean. It has a nice layout. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch looking over a pond. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again & we could definitely recommend this condo.

A very nice place in a great location…but…How bout a toaster with the knobs not missing? How about fixing the sink faucet? Maybe some salt and pepper or anything for cooking? These are small inexpensive things that should be a must when spending this kind of money…great communication on the dos and don’ts…how bout that effort on the smaller details…it’s because of these details that I would have to rent somewhere else next time
