「We absolutely loved our stay at KK Sapa Hotel! Our room was incredible, featuring a stunning, unobstructed mountain view that made waking up every single morning a treat. The service here is next level.

「Moon is the best. She’s very accommodating and very helpful.」

「We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show.」

「Due to far from central, so little bit Inconvenient location but great view. Facilities are also ok. Price is affordable. I like this hotel so much.」
