Pleasant Surprise

I literally found this flat the day before arrival. Our hosts were two of the finest hosts I have rented from. Very nice apartment. Good design and clean. Perfect for 1-2 people. Metro station and couple large grocery stores within few minutes walk, and nice mini-market across the street, so convenient location and also quiet area. Will definitely stay again next time in Kharkov.

A Nice Safe Area

Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk.

It's a nice apartment that is not far from the metro, there is also a tram station close by.( you will either need to by an e-ticket card or pay the person who checks fares on the tram) Alec (the landlord) is a nice guy, he does not really speak any e
