「Hello, We actually was not happy with our stay. We expect far more for the price we payed. The check In process was horrible.. We stand 1 Hour with our 2 Kids in car because she can‘t find us in system and so she ignor us. The overall condition of the house was very bad. The whole Appartement smells bad. Specially the Bathrooms smell horrible. It is disgusting. We didnt dare to go to the pool because the water system smells horrible. Furthermore there are small ants everywhere in the house....

「Sehr schöne Unterkunft aber sehr teure Essenspreise am Hotel Restaurant. Grab fährt hier leider nicht daher nimmt das Hotel extrem hohe transferpreise. Gerade als Hotel sollte man den Gästen gute Preise geben. Für die Unterkunft gebe ich 5 Sterne Für das Essen und Transfer Preis nur 2 Sterne war aber sehr erholsam 」

「There was no staff at check in to help, the property did not match the photos, it was absolutely not walkable to anything as there were no sidewalks or crosswalks and the four lane highway was most definitely not pedestrian friendly. The “suite” is situated in an un-finished dilapidated building that looks so dirty on the outside it looks like there are no maintenance people within a 100 kilometre radius. The weeds are overgrown, the exterior doors do not lock & there is no exterior lighting....
