The service staff was very good and kind. The food in the restaurant was good. The room was good. The phone in the room didn't work so well. We slept great. But didn't made the breakfast in time. In overall it was a good stay.

It is a beautiful location. When built 20 years ago it was to a very high standard. Safely it is getting very tired. We had a luxury bungalow with access via step and very irregular steps. The sanitary ware was deteriorating and the surface of the sink and bath having dark surface defects. The mechanical plug in the bath had parts missing and replaced with a chained plug. Water was Luke warm.

While the reception area is modern and well maintained, the same cannot be said for the rooms which are outdated, in poor condition and badly maintained. The pictures on the site misepresent what is offered. The information provided about parking is also incorrect. I had one request to see the sunrise at 06:30 from the peak within the resort but despite a shuttle being available, "it only opens at 09:00" so I walked up and took the pictures.

C'est dommage, ça a dû être un bel hôtel, mais trop de choses ne vont pas , rapport qualité prix très médiocre..... hôtel vétuste qui n'est plus à la hauteur des prestations prétendues..... tout est vieux et vraiment très limites.....je dis dommage car le cadre est plutôt sympathique.......autre reproche, nous y étions pendant la saison froide, servir un petit déjeuner dans une pièce ouverte alors qu'il fait 8 degrés, je vous laisse imaginer !!!!!

Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, ebenso wie die Handtücher. Beides roch unangenehm, definitiv nicht frisch gewaschen. Auch die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und hatten einen schlechten Geruch. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen, es gab zwar Büfett, jedoch wurde nichts warmgehalten.

Beautiful location; view is not as spectacular as other, nearby, locations, but rooms are very large and comfortable. Staff is polite, professional, courteous, and responsible. Pool and restaurant were closed as a result of Covid.
