"I loved my stay here! I stayed for 8 days or so. The people are very kind, there’s a coffee machine in reception so you can make as much coffee as you like haha it’s great! I also find the location very convenient. Rooms were very clean (they clean every day) and there’s always nice music playing in the halls. I definitely will stay here again. Thank you Iconic!"

We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. We called Expedia to only be told “that sucks” and got hung up on when we asked for a supervisor. at 2am we were left out on the streets of...
