Great experience! Hemingway inspired decor, spacious accommodations, lots of amenities to enjoy in the building and fabulous views of ocean and sunsets from every room! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Be aware that sound transfers between the living room and bedrooms as though you are in the same space. If people are watching TV in the living room, you'll hear it in the bedroom loud and clear. It wasnt problematic for us on this trip, but if you're traveling with a baby or light sleepers, its something to keep in mind. Management of the unit was spot on! Very communicative and helpful. Unit was very clean with high quality surfaces (pottery barn bedding, beautifully appointed showers, etc) and well-maintained. Location was walkable to a nature trail, Higgs Beach and a short drive to everything else. I was surprised how few people were utilizing the private beach, pool, and hot tub because they were spectacular!

We loved every minute at this condo. We could see sunsets from the deck. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We could choose between sitting on the beach or poolside. The condo had everything we needed, and it was beautiful! We rented a golf cart, which quickly got us wherever we needed to go. We will definitely stay here again!

58th Birthday!!

We had an absolute great week! Condo is beautiful with an amazing view. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Short Uber ride to everything. We are already planning our next stay!! Thank you!!!

Our new favorite destination!

This was our first time in Key West and we can’t wait to go back. Our stay was wonderful and easy. Everything was just as we expected. Check in was a breeze and we were in the pool 30 minutes after we arrived. We will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation spot

It was a little bit of quest at the beginning with keys and access to property but we successfully made it! We loved the Hemingway style, clean and spacious kitchen and showers! The view is absolutely breathtaking.! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Wonderful View

Very relaxing stay on the top floor with a great view. I’m recommending this specific unit to a friend because I really enjoyed my stay. The Hemingway theme was perfect.

Great Location, awesome views

The ocean views from the unit, especially to the south and west, were absolutely stunning, particularly at sunset. The pool and spa were impeccably maintained, and we never had trouble finding a lounge chair or umbrella to relax by the pool. Our only concerns were the check-in process—there was no welcome packet, and we didn’t receive keys or a door remote initially. After calling a few times, someone from the rental agency arrived and delivered them to us. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. However, there was an issue with the bathroom door, which didn’t close properly and could use some adjustment. Unfortunately, the beach in front of the building was not usable due to broken glass scattered along the path, on the beach, and in the water. Swimming in the ocean there would have been a risk of injury. We opted to walk to Smathers Beach, just 10 minutes away, where we could safely swim in the Atlantic.

Access to Condo

There was no way to get into the Condo upon arrival…Keys were locked in a mailbox that worked great but we did not have access to the mailbox area…so had to call emergency maintenance for help…he was. great!!!!

Perfect view in an excellent location.

We love this location. Everything is wonderfully decorated at this location. Hemingway himself would be proud to stay here. Perfect view of the ocean. Pool is extremely clean. Condo is exceptionally nice and immaculate. You will not be disappointed

Friends Get Away

The property is just as shown in the photos. Beautiful ocean view, big lanai and overlooking the pool. The pool was very nice. Comfortable for 4 people. It comes with one parking space. Quiet.

Week in the Keys with room to improve

Place was beautiful and really enjoyed having a gold cart for the week. We loved being on the quieter side of town. Appreciate the pool towels that were provided and pool noodles. Places to improve: check in was terrible. The code given for the outside keypad did not work. When we called the emergency number no one ansered. We got a call back from security 2 hours later and the fuy said his phone got wet and had intermittent service. We were let in by another resident, but the original code never rang security. 2. For the price, I expect 2-ply toilet paper in the future. 1-ply is unacceptable. 3. Primary bed mattress is unforgivable. It is absolutely worthless. We had to switch beds mid week with our teen who could tolerate the noise, lumps, and creaks of the frame. It has to be changed. The 2nd bed mattress was totally fine. 4. Consider pressure washing the patio. Our feet stuck to the concrete to where removing them after standing in place for a minute was actually painful. Maybe all the built up sunscreen?

We enjoyed staying at this property because it was quiet, very spacious and the pictures depicted exactly as it is. The bed and linens were good and plenty of towels. You only receive one roll of TP and paper towels and 2 tide pods for the washing machine. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and the views were beautiful. The pool was great also. We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo- super property

This condo is beautiful and well equipped with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the bedrooms & living room was phenomenal. The property is well maintained- they set up the pool & beach area with clean sanitized lounge chairs every day. Pool area & elevators are clean and secure. The only thing we would change is to have an additional key for the public areas. We will be back. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice Getaway

Loved the unit and the fact that it is on the top floor with a great view. It had every thing we needed and was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Large lap pool and the hot tub were an added bonus plus the tennis/pickleball courts. We had a great trip and will stay there again if we ever make it back down to Key West!

Key West Condo

The property looked like it had recently been renovated and had two good sized bedrooms and baths. It was beautifully decorated and had a long balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. The pool and spa were a nice added amenity, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. The property manager was awesome. Great views of the ocean and the location was less than 10 minutes by Uber to any restaurant or bar.
