The property was a good location, but the condo itself is dirty and run down. We stayed from for 8 days at the end of May 2022. I wish some of these reviews were up before we had booked. The unit is outdated, and very dirty. The towels were stained and I found in the cluttered closets a new set which we used over and over, the washer and dryer did work properly. The sheets had to be washed before we slept in them, the bath tub won't drain and the smoke detector keep beeping. I called the emergency number after hours about the issues, but they stated they couldn't do anything. We were told to take down the detector and put it on the freezer. We only got 2 rolls of TP for the entire week and were told to buy our own. We were also asked to strip the bed and start washing the linens also take out the garbage. Isn't that why you pay a cleaning fee. The green chair should be thrown right in the dumpster and the pillows were like lead. I emailed Compass and never have gotten a response. I did contact VRBO and hopefully I can get some closure there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE. I took photos to prove it which I can't attach. Thankfully we always keep our luggage zipped up.
