The new kitchen sparkles with brand new top-of-the-line appliances, cabinetry and every amenity needed. The gourmet kitchen opens nicely to a sunny living room with glass doors leading to a private garden area with room for outside dining and lounging.

    From the private patio, the back gate opens to the refreshing waters of the Shipyard swimming pool, only steps away.
