Margaritaville Beach House Key West
Clean, nice pool area with great drinks. The hot tub was dirty. The elevator didn’t work. Our waiter was not very attentive but a chef or other staff was extremely helpful when she noticed we had not been served. Waiter was eventually helpful, probably just new. The room layout was good for the kids. ...

Ibis Bay Beach Resort
The hotel is falling apart... literally. We were on the 2nd floor & the boards on the walkways are rotting out. There were soft spots in the floor of our room. We were afraid to step in certain areas due to fear we would fall through. They have tortoises that looked neglected.
