We were lucky to find a room at Author’s during Spring Break season. Stayed as a family of 3 in the Wilder room and it was spacious enough. Rooms are kept very clean and the overall place feels very comfy. Breakfast was good enough with bagels, coffee, yogurt, boiled eggs and cereals.

Blue Flamingo Resort Key West
It was a nice resort but a lot smaller than what I thought it would be. The pictures online are somewhat deceiving. The rooms, to me, weren’t “resort like”, they were just basic hotel/borderline motel rooms with average furnishings. I was hoping there would be a nice restaurant, but there wasn’t, ...

Ibis Bay Beach Resort
It was nice to have some sand and hammocks were great, but everyone smoked and it was hard to enjoy at times. The tortugas, sharks and birds were cool and tons to do right out of the resort. Away from the hustle of Duval. Breakfast was basic and the same every day, it was a great time!!
