Tropical Breezes is a spacious 3bed/2bath beautifully decorated half duplex in desirable Key Colony Beach. There is a brand-new tiki hut & paver patio waterside with comfortable seating.

Pull your boat up to the 37ft lighted dock after a day of fishing. You can clean your catch on the lighted fish cleaning table. In the attached garage, you will find plenty of storage for all of your fishing gear and the bait freezer is located here as well. There are 4 bicycles and 3 kayaks (2 singles, 1 double) for your use as well! You have the chance to see manatees, rays, jellyfish, and so much more!

The kitchen is fully equipped with large counters & breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, the bathroom will feature double sinks & a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom will have a queen bed, the second guest bedroom will have two full beds. The guest bathroom features a shower tub combo. The dining room table will comfortably seat 8 people and the breakfast bar has enough bar stools for 4 people. There is an outside dining table as well for you to enjoy the tropical breeze.

Guests are also welcome to visit the Cabana Club for its swimming pool, whirlpool, private beach, and Tiki Bar.

Key Colony Beach was designed for people who like to walk to restaurants, tourist shops, golf course, beaches or just sit on the bridge and take photos of iguanas. It's a Tropical wonderland for you to explore on foot or boat. It's the ideal destination for boating, fishing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, relaxing on the beach, and more. Key West is a scenic 53-mile drive south, or explore nearby Marathon's shops and restaurants and attractions. Guests will be less than 10 minutes to the open ocean and gulf. Plenty of walking and biking paths to the city where you'll find the marina, golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, playgrounds and more!

Amenities will include: TVs, Wifi, Cable/Satellite, dockage, bait freezer, brand new tiki hut, outdoor dining table, lounge area under tikis, plastic Adirondack chairs, 4 bicycles, 2 single & 1 double kayak & so much more

Garage is for storage only. No RV's, campers or motorhomes. This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles will fit. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. The City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
