Key Colony Beach 2 bedroom 2 bath half duplex with cabana club access.

2/2 half duplex located on West Ocean Dr in Key Colony Beach. This unit has a king bed in the master and two twins in the guest room that will combine to a king. This 936 sq. Ft home will sleep 4 people maximum. You will have cabana club membership and can use the pool and beach on property. Central ac, BBQ, internet, TV in master bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. House theme is Flamingo. Tastefully decorated throughout with Flamingos.

Pets under 25lbs may be considered with a pet fee. Please ask prior for approval and fee.

**Please note that this home does not have dockage for your boat but if you wish to bring your boat on the trailer and park it in the driveway, you may. **

Key colony beach park features includes a 9-hole golf course, walking and jogging course, children’s playground, horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis and basketball courts.

Keys Trip

Very nice property in an extremely convenient location. Very walkable location with access to paths in every direction. Really enjoyed Sunset Park just down the street. Nice 2 person kayak to use in the canals. Very quiet, friendly neighbors and everything you need.

Excellent VRBO in Marathon, Florida

The property was just as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor patio on the canal was a great place for our happy hour. The nearby Cabana Club with beach and pool were fabulous. Excellent location with plenty to do and places to eat. And our neighbors were very friendly.Thank you so much!

The Keys have the best winter weather

We have been searching for a wintering spot Key Colony and Marathon win. The property was clean and very convenient to restaurants, the Pool and the ocean. We felt very comfortable walking anywhere and weather was amazing. Julie was helpful in helping us secure lodging for next winter season.

Great time away!

The property had everything we need for our stay. The owner Larry was awesome and pointed us in the direction of some of his favorite places. Diving was 10 minutes away and we enjoyed hanging out at the Beach Club!

Adorable unit with great location

We hosted my sister and niece here and they loved it. It is a perfectly cozy place to spend time in Key Colony Beach ... the front porch is a great spot to relax and watch all the happenings KCB.

Winter escape

The property was very clean and spacious. Conveniently located to walk to little sunset park which was fun and friendly folks there. Beach was clean and beautiful view but we had some overcast days so could not enjoy it like we’d hoped. Not a bad ride to Key West either. Love the 7 mile bridge. The only downside of the property is if you’re older there are the stairs to get to it. Not bad when you’re coming and going during the week but to move in and out with luggage and all the other stuff we take it gets to you. If you don’t have a problem with stairs it’s a wonderful place to stay.

My daughter and I were in the Keys for diving and relaxing and this location was perfect. Clean and neat. The kitchen and dining area were perfect, and the washer/dryer helped us not need to bring to much. Located in marathon it was the right distance from everything. Would definitely is this place again

King Colony Beach Serenity

This rental was in a very nice location with access to a beach club with pool, bar and beach. The duplex was so light and bright with a canal view from the kitchen. The rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the large deck great for al fresco dining. The owners, who live nearby, were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning to this perfect vacation spot.

Great house - even better location and amenities

This house fit our needs perfectly! Right in the heart of the Keys! Kitchen came fully equipped with everything an amateur chef needs to prepare dinner for a family of 4. The Cabana Club access was awesome - friendly staff, beautiful pool with private beach access, decent prices on drinks and food - all within a 5 minute walk from the property. The Sunset park was awesome with an intimate, nightly crowd gathering for sunset watching and comraderie. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will cherish the memories made.

Wonderful place to stay

Absolutely wonderful townhouse in a great location. Large, spacious and well appointed with two bathrooms, full kitchen, large family room, washer and dryer and a large veranda on the second floor. Great for a group of friends, or a family. They include a membership to the Cabana Club, with a heated pool 20 feet from a well-groomed little beach. Very responsive to questions from the renters. I highly recommend this to anyone!!

This rental was wonderful. Key colony amenities were great and location in the keys was great.

Wr had a great experience with this rental. We had a couple issues, I emailed the property mgr and they were handled immediately. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience.

Lovely Townhome

We really enjoyed our time in Key Colony Beach. The townhome is lovely! It’s in a nice and safe location. The home is very clean! The homeowners were wonderful to deal with. Upon arrival they left some anniversary gifts and that was so appreciated and thoughtful! They made sure our needs were taken care of. The townhouse is located north of Key West and the drive is lovely on the way down. The Beach Club offers a nice beach and pool area. A great bonus with this listing. We’ll definitely stay here again! -Amy

40th B-Day Vacay-AMAZING!

For my 40th Birthday present, I took my family on a vacay to the key's. We decided on Key Colony because it was near Marathon, the center point of key's. This house was PERFECT! Only 2 blocks from the Cabana Club which generously came with the rental, a boat channel outside our window, and we could even bring our little doggie. Everyone enjoyed this beautiful gem of a town, all the stores on the island, and the rental house with it's amenities and close proximity to everything. Needless to say, it was the best 40th Birthday gift and I cannot wait to come back.

Choppy waters

When ships enter choppy waters is the best time to find out what kind of captain you are. We had an issue with air conditioning and the customer service was quick to help reslove the issue.
