They have all kinds of stuff for a beach day - chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen has all of what you need to cook meals. Was nice to have a couple spices to work with before hitting the grocery store. The beach is nice - during our 2 weeks in June/July, there was a lot of sargassum but there were areas of the water that were still swimmable...

The neighborhood was very walkable, and there were many locals out for morning and evening walks.The condo itself was clean and well apponted. The beach and pool areas were nice. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very responsive to communications when our inbound flight got delayed.」

「We live the Key Colony area for the quiet, cleanliness, and secure area. Everything is well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was wonderful and the beach is very nice (yes, there is the seaweed but no one can control this at any beach in the Keys). They did so well keeping the sand clear. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We love the Marathon area since it is mostly half way to Key West and many restaurants in the area to choose from. 」
