「部屋はメゾネットタイプで広く、キッチンもあるので長期滞在に向いています。 その他サービス等に関しては非常に残念な施設でした。シーツには汚れがあり、ベッドマットレスは寝返りするたびに音がするため良く寝られず、用意してある食器も汚れているため使用できませんでした。最も酷かったのはチェックイン時です。自分が決裁したカードではないカード番号を見せられてサインをしろと言われ、説明もされませんでした。また別途サービス料28USD（プール使用料、Wi-Fi使用料、パーティー料等らしいです）が必要だと言われ、カードで支払おうとすると何度もスワイプされ、結果的にはカードが使用停止にされ、その後の旅行で非常に困りました。海外の方だったら問題ないのかもしれませんが、日本人には向かないと思います。個人的には二度と利用しません。」

「We’ve stayed here a few times and love the location and space. I did have problems getting in touch with the owner about adding an additional day, so communication could be improved. Otherwise this is a lovely place to watch the sunrise. 」

「Cute decor and great location but tiny, filthy bathroom with window that wouldn't close, and kitchen was tiny, window blind dirty, with dead bugs. Pool was about the size of a large whirlpool. No elevator... lots of steps and they were dirty. No text or email to tell us how to get access; I had to call. We have lived on Key Biscayne in the past and stayed elsewhere happily. Won't return to this place!」
