「The place was in a great spot for my conference, and right down the street from the beach and the grocery store. All of the basic needs were met, so it was not a bad experience. I did try to reach out to the owner beforehand to work through some scheduling conflicts, but I did not receive any communication until the day before I arrived after repeated attempts. Once we connected though, communication was great and he was very responsive. It's just the little things that were not superior about...
